Genomic Annotation Software at OakVar

As a software development intern at OakVar Bioinformatics from January 2024 to January 2025, I developed and maintained bioinformatics software, worked on new features for genomic annotation apps, and tested and debugged applications for reliability alongside a team of biologists and software engineers.
